TaskGenius AI service

The TaskGeniusAI hosted service, its application code, user interface, branding, documentation, and original content are proprietary unless an applicable written agreement says otherwise. Access to the hosted service does not transfer ownership or grant a license to copy, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create a competing service from proprietary materials, except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

Customer content

Customers retain their rights in data and content they submit. The limited permission needed for us to process that content is described in the Terms of Service.

Open-source software

The service includes open-source and third-party components. Those components remain governed by their respective license and notice terms. Nothing on this page limits rights granted directly by an open-source license. A current dependency inventory can be provided for compliance review on request.
